We have always be Go-Gurt lovers in our house. We buy boxes and toss them in the freezer for a nice cool treat. Also, when you freeze them, the chances of your two year old making a mess like this decrease drastically:

One thing I did learn from the people at Yoplait and Blog Spark when they provided me with a gift pack that included a free sample of Go-Gurts and information about their product, is that Go-Gurts are actually designed to freeze and thaw. So if you want to add them to your kids lunch, you can toss them in the freezer and then in their lunch box and they will have creamy unfrozen yogurt by lunch. Plus you get the added benefit of it keeping everything else in your lunchbox a little cooler. This trick will come in very handy since the weather here in Texas is hot and humid for at least a couple more months!
