Lindsey from The Pleated Poppy sells some great handmade products in her store. Aprons, checkbook covers, zippered pouches, even cases for your sunglasses. All handy and useful, but what makes them wonderful are the gorgeous fabric combinations that she uses:
All fun enough that a teenager wouldn't be embarrassed to carry them, but mature enough that an adult doesn't have to be either! To me that is the perfect combination. Makes me still feel cool without looking like I am trying too hard.
I am sure there is a better word to use than cool. But I don't have teenagers yet, so I am not up on all the current lingo. Actually, it probably isn't even a work, just some abbreviation they use while texting. Whatever it is, I am positive it can be used to describe The Pleated Poppy.
Lindsey has graciously offered to giveaway one of these to my readers:
You can use your $25 gift card to pick the product that you want in the style that fits you. To enter to win, head on over to The Pleated Poppy and let me know what you would use your gift card to purchase.
Want a second entry? Head over to Lindsey's blog, also called The Pleated Poppy, and become a follwer.
Followers of my review blog (this one right here) get another entry. Just leave a comment letting me know you are a follower. And if you aren't yet, it isn't too late.
And just to be fair, followers of my main blog will get an extra entry as well.
Please leave a separate comment for each entry. You have until midnight (EST) on Saturday, August 21, 2010 to enter. One winner will be chosen at random and notified via email, so make sure to have an email address attached to your profile or leave an email address in your comment.
